Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 207pub ("207pub", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating at https://207pub.bet.

By accessing the 207pub website, creating a 207pub account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using 207pub and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 207pub including, without limitation: live casino games, online slots, bingo, arcade games, Monster Mine, and any future products added to the 207pub platform. Your continued use of 207pub after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "207pub" refers to the online gaming platform operating at https://207pub.bet, licensed by PAGCOR.
• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on 207pub.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 207pub wallet, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or free spins credited to a Player's account under a promotion, subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all 207pub Players.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and supervises 207pub.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to, or use of, 207pub is restricted under applicable law or our licensing conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet amount a Player must place before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 207pub, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where use of 207pub is lawful.
• You are not accessing 207pub from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 207pub or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 207pub, whether by self-exclusion or administrative action.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• You are not the subject of a court or regulatory order restricting your access to gambling services.

207pub reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account found to be ineligible, with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and, where legally required, referral to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

4 Account Registration and KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) 207pub Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts associated with the individual, with forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Where 207pub detects duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

207pub is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine-issued government ID (such as PhilSys, UMID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address not older than three months, and source of funds documentation for accounts with significant deposit volume.

207pub may suspend your ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw at any time pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide the required documentation within 30 days of a KYC request may result in account closure in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 207pub login credentials. You agree to notify 207pub immediately via the support channel at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 207pub will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your credentials.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

207pub accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and USDT. Additional payment methods may be made available at 207pub's discretion and will be listed on the platform's deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund to the originating source, minus any associated processing fees.

207pub does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. GCash deposits typically credit to your 207pub balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds at any time subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified payment method in the Player's own name.
• Any active wagering requirements applicable to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the relevant funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply as displayed in the Player's account settings; higher limits may be available to VIP players.

207pub targets GCash withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours on banking days. During peak periods or for large withdrawal amounts, processing may take longer. 207pub will communicate any delays through the account notification system.

207pub reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by law and PAGCOR guidelines.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

207pub periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) of the bonus amount. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one (1) active bonus may be held at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Depositing while a bonus is active will be credited at the standard deposit rate and will not trigger a second bonus offer.
• Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must be completed on eligible game categories as specified in each promotion. Not all 207pub games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot contributions and live casino contributions are detailed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: 207pub reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings where a Player is found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusive play, arbitrage wagering, use of automated betting tools, or exploitation of technical errors.

8 Gameplay Rules and Integrity

All games offered on 207pub operate according to the specific rules displayed for each game title. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

8.1 RNG and Live Game Integrity

Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes on 207pub are certified by independent testing laboratories accredited under international gaming standards. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game apparatus operated by licensed studio providers. All game results are final once confirmed by the system.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game disruption, or communication failure during a gaming session on 207pub, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction may be voided. 207pub will endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from technical malfunctions in good faith and in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

8.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

207pub reserves the right to void any bet or transaction placed as a result of a manifest error, pricing error, or typographical error on the Platform. "Manifest error" means an error so obvious that a reasonable person would have identified it as incorrect at the time of the transaction.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 207pub:

• Registering more than one account on 207pub, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using 207pub for any money laundering or financial crime purpose, in violation of Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 207pub platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or any multi-player format.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the 207pub platform for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate 207pub transactions.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or acquire a 207pub account belonging to another player.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar service to misrepresent your location and circumvent geographic restrictions applicable to 207pub.
• Engaging in any conduct that 207pub reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward platform staff, support agents, or other players.

10 Responsible Gaming

207pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can be a source of entertainment, but also acknowledge that for some individuals it can lead to harmful outcomes.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 207pub platform — including but not limited to: the 207pub name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, database structures, and visual design elements — is the property of 207pub or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 207pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence or right is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any 207pub content without prior written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions, or submissions you provide regarding 207pub's products or services may be used by 207pub without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 207pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, any game, or any transaction on the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

207pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 207pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

207pub is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or delays in service caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party payment processor downtime affecting GCash, BDO, BPI, or any other payment channel used on the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

207pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 207pub will provide notice to Players via the platform notification system and/or email to the registered account address, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the 207pub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account — any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

The current version and effective date of these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

14 Account Termination and Suspension

207pub may suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The Player's account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory direction.
• 207pub has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has requested account closure via the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool.
• The Player's account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Upon account closure at the Player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within seven (7) business days, following completion of applicable checks. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable upon closure unless otherwise required by PAGCOR regulation.

Where an account is closed by 207pub due to a breach of these Terms, 207pub reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, if a breach is confirmed, to forfeit all funds in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to: Republic Act 9487 (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation Charter), Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), and other applicable Philippine statutes.

15.1 Internal Dispute Process

Any dispute arising from your use of 207pub should first be submitted to 207pub's support team via the platform's 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected]. 207pub will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within seven (7) business days.

15.2 Regulatory Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 207pub's internal process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. As a licensed PAGCOR operator, 207pub is legally bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution determinations.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings in connection with these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
